Tim Kincaid brings more than 20 years of fundraising, marketing and sales experience to his role as Chief Development Officer at Global Teen Challenge.
Prior to joining GTC in 2013, Tim spent a decade working for some of the largest direct marketing fundraising agencies in the nation including the Russ Reid Company and Masterworks. During this time, he served multiple Christian ministries including Prison Fellowship, Alliance Defending Freedom, and dozens of local homeless shelters and rescue missions. His primary responsibility was developing and overseeing the strategies used to acquire, cultivate and reactivate hundreds-of-thousands of donors every year.
In addition to his agency experience, Tim spent several years managing marketing programs at internet start-up GoTo.com (later acquired by Yahoo!) before taking on the general manager role at his family’s Ethan Allen home furniture and interior design business.
Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Azusa Pacific University, and he earned his MBA in entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
