Meet Our President

Brice Maddock serves as President and CEO of Global Teen Challenge, bringing more than three decades of leadership in addiction recovery, discipleship, and community transformation.

Brice’s journey with Teen Challenge began in 1994 while volunteering during college alongside his wife, Jay. What began as service quickly became a lifelong calling after witnessing powerful stories of life change among individuals in recovery.

Throughout his ministry, Brice has led initiatives across the United States and internationally, including launching programs for at-risk youth and pioneering a Community Transformation Program in one of India’s most underserved communities. In addition, he served as Eurasia Regional Director for Global Teen Challenge, providing leadership across 38 nations and supporting the expansion of recovery ministries worldwide.

Most recently, Brice has served as President and CEO of Teen Challenge of the Southeast Region for eight years while also serving as President and CEO of Global Teen Challenge. In the Southeast Region, he oversaw 21 campuses across seven states, led more than 350 team members, and helped strengthen both domestic and international ministry impact.

An ordained minister for more than 30 years, Brice holds degrees in Theology, Missions, and Psychology. He and his wife, Jay, have been married for 33 years and are grateful for their growing family, including three children, two granddaughters, and one grandchild on the way.
