Welcome to GlobalTC.org. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, online services, communications, and other digital resources operated by Global Teen Challenge (“Global Teen Challenge,” “GTC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using GlobalTC.org, submitting information through our website, making a donation, registering for an event or program, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or related services.

1. About Global Teen Challenge

Global Teen Challenge is a nonprofit ministry that exists to mobilize the gospel until all live free.

GlobalTC.org provides information about Global Teen Challenge, its mission, programs, initiatives, events, giving opportunities, resources, and other ways individuals and organizations can engage with our work.

References to Global Teen Challenge in these Terms apply to Global Teen Challenge as the operator of GlobalTC.org and do not necessarily include independently operated Teen Challenge centers, programs, organizations, or affiliates.

2. Use of Our Website

You may use GlobalTC.org for lawful, personal, informational, and organizational purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, accounts, systems, or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the website
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code, automated attacks, or other harmful technology
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with another person or organization
  • Use website content in a way that infringes upon intellectual property or other legal rights

4. Donations

Global Teen Challenge may provide opportunities to make one-time or recurring charitable donations through GlobalTC.org or through third-party payment processors.

By submitting a donation, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • The information you provide is accurate
  • You authorize the applicable payment processor to process the transaction

Donations are generally considered charitable gifts and may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law. You should consult your own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution.

Unless otherwise required by law, donations may be nonrefundable once processed. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly at info@globaltc.org.

Recurring gifts may be modified or canceled by contacting Global Teen Challenge or by using any account or donation management tools provided through the applicable giving platform.

5. Events, Trips, Programs, and Registrations

Global Teen Challenge may offer registrations for events, mission trips, training opportunities, conferences, programs, or other activities.

Certain activities may be governed by additional terms, waivers, participation agreements, payment schedules, cancellation policies, or eligibility requirements.

When additional terms are provided for a particular activity, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms.

Participation may be subject to availability, approval, age requirements, payment deadlines, travel requirements, safety requirements, or other applicable conditions.

6. Email Communications

If you provide your email address or subscribe to Global Teen Challenge communications, you may receive ministry updates, newsletters, prayer updates, event information, fundraising communications, and other messages related to our mission and activities.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link contained in those communications.

We may still send transactional or administrative communications when necessary, such as donation receipts, registration confirmations, or responses to requests you initiate.

7. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

Global Teen Challenge may offer one or more SMS or text messaging programs.

By voluntarily opting in to receive text messages from Global Teen Challenge, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS or text messages at the mobile phone number you provide.

Messages may include, depending on the program you select:

  • Ministry news and updates
  • Prayer opportunities
  • Event information and reminders
  • Giving or fundraising opportunities
  • Organizational announcements
  • Requested information
  • Other communications related to Global Teen Challenge

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on the communications or programs you have selected.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

Global Teen Challenge does not charge a separate fee for receiving SMS messages, but your carrier may impose charges.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Global Teen Challenge at any time by replying:

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your request. You will then no longer receive messages from that SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Other commonly recognized opt-out commands may also be honored where supported by our messaging provider.

Consent Is Not Required

Consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages is not a condition of making a donation, purchasing a product or service, participating in a program, or otherwise interacting with Global Teen Challenge.

Mobile Number Changes

If you change, transfer, or discontinue the mobile phone number you used to opt in, you are responsible for opting out or notifying us when reasonably possible so communications are not unintentionally sent to a new user of that number.

Carrier Responsibility

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside the control of Global Teen Challenge.

Mobile Privacy

Global Teen Challenge does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, or SMS messaging data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of GlobalTC.org, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, designs, icons, downloadable materials, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Global Teen Challenge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, or print website materials for your own personal or internal noncommercial use unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission from Global Teen Challenge, except as permitted by applicable law.

9. Trademarks

Global Teen Challenge names, logos, branding, program names, campaign names, and related marks may be trademarks or service marks of Global Teen Challenge or other authorized entities.

Nothing contained on this website grants permission to use these marks without prior written authorization.

10. User-Submitted Information

When you submit information through GlobalTC.org, including contact forms, registrations, applications, surveys, prayer requests, stories, testimonials, or other submissions, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.

You are responsible for the content you voluntarily submit.

We may use submitted information for the purpose for which it was provided and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any public use of a testimonial, photograph, story, video, or other identifiable content will be subject to applicable permissions, releases, or consent requirements.

GlobalTC.org and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms or your use of GlobalTC.org will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Georgia.

Global Teen Challenge may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, technologies, operations, or applicable requirements.

When we make changes, we will publish the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date above.

Your continued use of GlobalTC.org after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to a specific program, event, transaction, or service, constitute the agreement between you and Global Teen Challenge regarding your use of GlobalTC.org.
